On Monday 17th we installed Big Ribachinskaya Trap.
Yesterday
it was promised rain and a little bit of snow at night. At 6 o’clock in the
morning I found all traps under the snow.

It looked
like they were damaged but after two hours when it became possible to clean the
nets they all were fine. It was some birds migrating after few days of quietness
and we got our first birds in Big Trap this season (actually first
was Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus)
yesterday – very rear guest in this kind of trap).
